Update

- Last week through Periscope app, live broadcasting was done for first time for one of the match-innings. We will continue the trial this weekend as well. So keep yourself tuned and use the Periscope app available on Itunes/GooglePlay and search IPLT162016 for the broadcast.
- Anyone can broadcast their match using this app and let your board-rep forward the link to the board or post it on IPL-FB page
- As we are entering towards end of our league stage, contest has been more exciting

You acknowledge that you have voluntarily applied to participate in activities of playing cricket organized by Iowa Premier League

YOU ARE AWARE THAT THESE ACTIVITIES ARE HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES AND THAT I COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR EVEN KILLED. YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED, AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.

to participate in these activities and use the ground and facilities, You forever release the Iowa Premier League, its President, executive Committee, Volunteers and Representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that You, your assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) your participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not you are then participating in the activities. You also agree that You, your assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release.
