**ALL PLAYERS AND TEAMS MUST READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW**

All participants are required to assume all risks by accepting the terms and conditions described below in this general release.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in Cricket Phoenix programs, series, and related events and activities, I, acknowledge and agree that:

I understand that the risks I assume by participating in the Cricket Phoenix series include, but are not limited to serious head and other bodily injuries. In consideration of receiving permission to participate in the Cricket Phoenix Series/Events/Programs, I hereby release the Cricket Phoenix, its organizers, directors, officers, committee members, sponsors, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, volunteers, and employees from all liability for any personal injury, death, or damage of any kind arising from or related to my participation in the Cricket Phoenix Series/Events/Programs. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if they arise from the negligence of the releases or others, and accept personal responsibility for any damages following such injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or death. I understand that by accepting these terms and conditions, I am giving up the right for myself and/or my family or heirs to sue the Cricket Phoenix and it's Directors, officers, volunteers and employees for injuries resulting from participation in the Cricket Phoenix.

I agree to abide by all RULES, GUIDELINES and REGULATIONS governing the Cricket Phoenix, which include any disciplinary measures, penalties, or suspensions levied by the Cricket Phoenix and/or Committee. I understand the Cricket Phoenix and it's Directors, officers, volunteers and employees have full authority to introduce/change/remove any rules, guidelines and regulations for any series in the past, ongoing, as well as present and apply those whenever they want. I understand that by accepting these terms and conditions, I am giving up the right for myself and/or my family or heirs to question/argue/seek explanation/appeal against any decisions made by Cricket Phoenix  and it's Directors, officers, volunteers and employees.

I understand that Cricket Phoenix has a zero tolerance for fights and attacks, and I further understand that if I engage in a physical altercation, I will be immediately suspended from Cricket Phoenix series, events, and programs. I also understand that there will be fines involved for these violations.

I attest that I am eighteen (18) years old or older and that I am physically fit and have no known medical conditions that prohibit participation in this sport. I understand and agree that I am responsible for the mechanical and/or operating condition of any and all sporting equipment provided by me for my use, and I agree that I will continuously inspect and maintain all equipment used, even if we have obtained any of the equipment from the Cricket Phoenix and their volunteers, agents, sponsors and/or committee members and employees.

I understand that all series, events, and programs are designed for SESSIONS ONLY which will mimic setups for professional games and leagues to give participants experience playing in other registered leagues if they intend to do so. Cricket Phoenix Series, Events/Programs are purely friendly practices in nature, where available registered players from the registered team(s) will participate based on their availability. Outcomes, results, and stats are provided purely for user analysis; otherwise, they have no significance on their own. Cricket Phoenix owns all data produced and has every right to use, destroy, or archive it for their own needs.

I understand that reservation& registration fee includes 1) Cricket Pitch Development Cost (shared across the seasons), 2) Cricket Pitch maintenance cost, 3) Liability Insurance, 4) Operational expenses. All the money will be accounted towards Cricket League Contributions and not any rental options.

GRANT OF PERMISSION
I agree and consent to the use of my name, voice, picture, image, likeness, performance, Live Streaming/recording, video highlights of match/team/individual and/or motion pictures of myself and/or my property by the Cricket Phoenix  and/or its volunteers. I hereby grant permission to the Cricket Phoenix and/or it's volunteers to use, and/or reproduce my name, voice, picture, image, likeness, performance, Live Streaming/recording, video highlights of match/team/individual and/or motion pictures of myself and/or my property, and that you may distribute and exhibit these throughout the world via web/social/cloud/public/open source/licensed platforms without charge or restriction. I hereby release the Cricket Phoenix and/or it's volunteers from any and all claims for damages based on the use of said name, voice, picture, image, likeness, performance, Live Streaming/recording, video highlights of a match/team/individual and/or motion pictures.
