Allied Cricket League: Player Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction: 1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Allied Cricket League ("ACL" or "the League"). 1.2 By participating in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as may be amended from time to time. 1.3 These Terms are effective upon signature of your Player Agreement and will govern your participation in all League activities.
2. Player Eligibility and Conduct: 2.1 You must comply with all eligibility rules set forth by the League's regulatory body. 2.2 As a representative of ACL, you must exhibit professionalism, sportsmanship, and respect towards all individuals, including teammates, competitors, officials, and fans. 2.3 Any form of discrimination, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination from the League.
3. Compensation and Benefits: 3.1 Your compensation details, including salary, bonuses, and allowances, will be as outlined in your Player Agreement. 3.2 The League provides insurance coverage, including medical and travel insurance, during League-approved events and matches.
4. Training and Development: 4.1 Players are required to participate in all team training sessions, workshops, and development programs as scheduled throughout the season. 4.2 Absence from scheduled activities must be justified to, and approved by, team management in advance.
5. Media and Public Relations: 5.1 Players are obligated to participate in press conferences, interviews, promotional events, and community outreach programs organized by the League. 5.2 Any public statements regarding the League, officials, other players, or matches must be respectful and in line with the League's values.
6. Health and Safety: 6.1 You are required to maintain a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness and immediately report any health issues that may affect your game performance or team dynamics. 6.2 Any medication or supplements taken must be declared to the team's medical staff, ensuring compliance with anti-doping regulations.
7. Intellectual Property and Endorsements: 7.1 The League retains all rights relating to the team and player's images, likenesses, and any other intellectual property rights associated with your participation. 7.2 Any personal endorsements or sponsorships must be declared to, and approved by, the League, ensuring they do not conflict with the League's interests.
8. Confidentiality: 8.1 Players shall not disclose any confidential information related to the League's internal strategies, operations, finances, or other proprietary information, during or after the termination of the agreement.
9. Termination: 9.1 The League reserves the right to terminate the agreement with any player found in violation of these Terms, with notice, as outlined in the Player Agreement. 9.2 Players may seek termination of the agreement by submitting a written request, subject to conditions stipulated in the Player Agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution: 10.1 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled through an arbitration process, as detailed in your Player Agreement.
11. Acknowledgement: 11.1 By participating in the Allied Cricket League, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
