This event is crowd funded, managed & played among cricket enthusiasts.
  • 1) 11 players will field with 2 players + wicketkeeper behind the stumps inside the circle at all times during the match.
  • 2) First two overs mandatory power play with only two players allowed outside the circle for powerplays. Batting team can take any two consecutive overs as batting power play. These have to be taken before 12 overs including the 12th over. Whole responsibility of the choosing batting power play is with the batting team captain.
  • If batting powerplay is not availed until 10th over, 11th and 12th automatically become batting powerplay overs .
  • 3) Only 3 bowlers can bowl a maximum of 3 overs each.

All the league matches will be of 15 overs per innings. 60 Minutes is allotted for completing 15 overs with 10 minutes of break between each innings.  For every 5 minutes delay by the fielding team, there will be penalty (based on umpire observation).
Matches will be played as per given time (strictly) and each team has to arrive 15 minutes prior to their match. All teams are requested to co-operate for the same. ​ In this regard, on field umpires and scorers decision is final on the time front.
Access ID card photo copy (for all players) is a must for participating teams. Any player who is not having a valid Access ID card will not be allowed to play. No excuse will be entertained in this regard. This is to ensure that no outside BM player plays since only player/residents from BM are only allowed.​
 
NOTE: The ID cards will not be verified from the organizers for every match, but only in the case of suspicion or a raise in concern before the match begins.

3 points for a WIN, 1 for washout and 0 for a LOSS. Only 2 players can be outside the inner circle during mandatory POWER PLAY overs.​

Only a maximum of 4 Players can stay outside the inner circle at any time after the POWER PLAY. Only a maximum of 5 players are allowed on the Leg side at any point during the game. Please clarify in case of doubt with Umpire before the match. ​
FREE HIT will be only considered for all Noballs. ​If the same batsman is on strike, the field cannot be altered for the free hit ball. All the Rules of an ICC T20 match will be relevant in this tournament, except LBW & LEG BYE. ​
A batsman can be run out if he attempts to take a run of a LEG BYE. Since there is no LBW, once the ball hits the body a LEG BYE run is also not allowed. However, a run out is possible, if a run is attempted. You can run for byes and a run out is valid for the same.

A bowler can bowl a maximum of one valid bouncer per over. All subsequent bouncers will be considered as no balls. Bowler will not be disqualified for bowling any number of bouncers in an over. If a ball is hit out of ground on the back side and crosses the intersection of back gate drive way boundary and the behind wicket wooded area parapet wall, it’ll be considered as 4 or 6 runs as applicable. Any ball into the confined wooded area behind wicket or on to the road behind this confined area is no runs.
Players will not be allowed in Jeans/slippers etc. Each player has to be dressed in a proper team t-shirt and sports trouser failing which the player will not be allowed to play.​ All the participating teams are required to have uniform dress code for their team. (All players having similar dress code). ​All the matches will be played by Green FLX Ball (semi hard) as mentioned (Standard ball for Tennis ball Cricket Tournaments). ​All the teams have to bring their own BAT /Practice Ball/First Aid/Water. Matches will be played from one side of the wicket only.​ In case a team backs out or opts out during their scheduled match day, then the umpire will decide.

The organizers reserve the right to appoint both the match umpires and the official scorer. While we take utmost care for quality of umpiring and fair decisions for all teams, there might be some instances of human error. ​KINDLY understand it in the spirit of the game.
Umpires decision has to be respected and accepted. Unruly behavior towards umpire/organizers or the opponent can lead to disqualification from the tournament at any stage. Please play within the, “SPIRIT OF THE GAME”.​ We will be very strict with behavior of any player or the team towards umpires/organizers. If a team indulges in excessive argument and time wasting then we reserve the right to disqualify the player or the team from the tournament. If no play is possible during the given duration of a match, then points will be shared or match will be played in the next available slot. In the event of a TIE during the League, a Super Over will determine the winner. Chucking is NOT ALLOWED.​ The umpires will warn the bowler if they find a suspect action. Again if there is no change in action, then the umpire will give a NO-BALL for every such delivery by the bowler. No argument in this regard will be entertained. Please refrain from bowling a bowler if the action is not clean. ​

Umpires have the right to consult Organizers for any doubts on any decision. Final decision lies with the organizers. Umpires also have the right to change any decision if it is given wrongly in the first place.​ In case of any missing rules, ICC rules will be referred for any clarifications. Organizers and Umpire decision will be final. Non playing captains have to ensure umpires/scorer presence in each of the matches. Captains to provide 1 volunteer per team to coordinate with Rishi to organize at least two get together events during the course of the league. Further details will be communicated to all through their respective teams.
