Bca Cricket League is moving to its 8th Edition/Season of Premier League. from the 4th Week of Oct,2023 Premier league comprises of quality teams from Premier division and those qualified from Challengers cup to play in upper level or Premier division. We are expecting 8-9 teams in this division. We are using the new rules here called "Freedom to play more cricket" . This means that any one in this League from the Challengers Cup division can play in this Premier Division but No one from this division can play in Challengers Cup. There will be exceptions for nominated players who could play in Challengers Cup division provided they have teams in Premier and Challengers Cup divison. Now this rule will be used to fill in as extra players in case lower division teams are short of players.Teams should use this exceptional use to help their lower team and not for the reason of winning the game. The teams are :- 1) Falcon cc ,2) Bca XI 3) Tncc #1 ,4) Supenova BCC ,5) CDA Superboys ,6) Bangkok Strikers 7) Royal Stars ,8) Chennai Kings or Southern Warriors. We will make changes if Additional teams join us later on. This will be a round Robin league .All teams will play against each other at least once. If we have 8 teams then we will have 2 semi Finals and a Grand Final. This means top 4 teams will play the 2 semi Finals and the winner from these 2 top teams will play the Grand Final. Format 25 overs Game White balls Coloured Attire Coloured pads for both Batsman and Wicket Keeper. Fees will depend on number of teams and games. ( pending to be decided) Helmet is a must and any injury caused during play ,the players/teams will be responsible. Bca is not responsible for any injuries or death during games. People with chronic diseases must inform the management. Use of foul language ,abuses and misbehavior is prohibted .It will result in Fines and banned for a game or more depending on fault. Parking is allowed in designated areas. Parking in the premises is vehicle is at owners risk. The Bca establishment cannot be held resposible in case of any damages caused to the vehicles. All participants are requested to keep the sitting pavilion neat and tidy and must clear all the water bottles & canes before leaving. We will levy fines for acts not acceptable in social/civilized life. |
