Bca Cricket is back from 28th october 2023 with more excitement and fun Now we will have only 2 groups for the upcoming season 2023-24 Premier Division It is Part of Champions Trophy where we would like to add more teams to make it more interesting. We have redefined the rules as most teams have their own squads and do not need outside help from others to suppport their team formation. The only exception is for clubs having more than 1 team or have teams in both divisions. Some movement hs been allowed. Premier Division 1) Asian Stars 2) Bca Stars 3) Bangkok Blues , 4) Bangkok 5) Diamond XI 6) Supernova -Bcc 7) CDA Super Boys 8) Pakistan cc ,9) Seaking cc Fees structure will be sent to all teams very soon. Bca is always reasonable . Teams need to send their players list. Once registered then cannot move to other teams as it is hard work for teams to make squads and difficult for League adminstrators. Some important aspects of the league and format. 1) 25 overs Round Robin League which means every team will play against each other at least once. 2) Power play and DLS method same as previously used rules in the past T25 leagues. Since it is going to be winters and gets dark early ,the umpires can discuss with captains and decide to halt the game and use DLS system incase game cannot be continued.No hard feelings or hatred for management. 3) Teams arriving late will have to forfiet Toss . 4) Slow overs/wasting time ,umpires will decide penalty. 5) Minimum 2 games required to play Semi Final/Grand Final. 6) top 4 teams will play the Semi Finals in format as 1 v/s 4 & 2 v/s 3 . That means 2 Semi Finals and a Grand Final 7) Prize money and other gift hampers for winners. 8) Misbehavior/damage to property /fights /disrespectful comments will result in red card which means the management has the right to ban the concerned person. 9) Request from canteen -Any one caught picking items from canteen and not notifying will be fined 5000 Bahts.All bills must be cleared before leaving the premises.No food/fruit and drinks from outside. Additional request - We do not appreciate mankad but it is in the rules.So batters better be careful. One warning should work. One warning should work. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The rule allowing 50+ age players to play in maximum 2 teams is a bit complicated one. They cannot play in 2 teams of the same division. The 50+ age group players can be allowed to play for teams of their own clubs.That means the club has 2 teams in 2 divisions. It makes it difficult to control on website and we will address it case by case. This 50+ age group is used only to facilitate teams in league with less players and not otherwise. Umpires- We have very limited umpires in Bangkok. We will surely provide at least One main umpire and teams are requested to help the league by providing a square leg umpire to assist the main Umpire. Of course we will provide 2 umpires only subject to availability. Bca has always tried their best to provide 2 umpires. |
