**Disclaimer and Terms of Participation** Welcome to BCA Cricket (Bangkok Cricket Association) Events. Before you participate in any of our cricket leagues/events or activities both indoor & outdoor, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. Your participation in our leagues/events is subject to your agreement to these terms: **1. Assumption of Risk:** By participating in our cricket events, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks and hazards associated with the sport. Cricket is a physical activity, and injuries/sudden death can occur. Participants voluntarily assume all such risks. **2. Compliance with Rules:** All participants are required to adhere to the rules, regulations, and codes of conduct set forth by BCA Cricket (Bangkok Cricket Association) and any relevant cricket governing authority. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion from the event. **3. Release and Waiver:** Participants hereby release and discharge BCA Cricket (Bangkok Cricket Association), its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and any other participants from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or related to any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the event. **4. Photographic and Video Release:** BCA Cricket (Bangkok Cricket Association) may use photographs, videos, or other media of participants for promotional or educational purposes without compensation. **5. Governing Law:** These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. By participating in BCA Cricket (Bangkok Cricket Association) events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from participating in our events.
