**ALL PLAYERS/TEAMS MUST READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW**

All participants are required to assume all risk by accepting these terms and conditions described below in this general release.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in CricketUS programs, Series and related events and activities, I, acknowledge and agree that:

I understand that the risks I assume by participating in the CricketUS series include, but are not limited to serious head and other bodily injuries. In consideration of receiving permission to participate in the CricketUS Series/Events/Programs, I hereby release the CricketUS, its oragnizers, directors, officers, committee members, sponsors, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, volunteers and employees from all liability for any personal injury, death or damage of any kind of arising from or related to my participation in the CricketUS Series/Events/Programs. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others and accept personal responsibility for any damages following such injury, permanent disability, paralysis or death. I understand that by accepting these terms and conditions, I am giving up the right for myself and/or my family or heirs to sue the CricketUS and it's Directors, officers, volunteers and employees for injuries resulting from participation in the CricketUS.

I agree to abide by all RULES, GUIDELINES and REGULATIONS governing the CricketUS which includes any disciplinary measures, fines or suspensions levied by the CricketUS and/or Committee. I understand CricketUS and it's Directors, officers, volunteers and employees have full authority to introduce/change/remove any rules, guidelines and regulations for any series in past, ongoing as well as present and apply those whenever they want. I understand that by accepting these terms and conditions, I am giving up the right for myself and/or my family or heirs to question/argue/seek explanation/appeal agaist any decisions made by CricketUS and it's Directors, officers, volunteers and employees.

I understand that the CricketUS has a zero tolerance for fighting and further understand that if I should engage in a physical altercation, I will be immediately suspended from CricketUS Series/Events/Programs. I also understand that there will be fines involved for these violations.

I attest that I am eighteen (18) years old or older and that physically fit and have no known medical conditions which prohibit participation in this sport. I understand and agree that I am responsible for the mechanical and/or operating condition of any and all sporting equipment provided by me for my use, and I agree that I will continuously inspect and maintain all equipment used, even if we have obtained any of the equipment from CricketUS and their volunteers, agents, sponsors and/or committee members and employees.

I understand that all Series/Events/Programs are designed PRACTICE SESSIONS ONLY which will mimic setup for professional games/leagues to give experince to participants to play in other registered leagues if they intend to do so. CricketUS Series/Events/Programs are purely friendly practices in nature where available registered players from registered team(s) will participate based on their availability. Outcome/Results/Stats are provided purely for user analysis else has no significance on its own. CricketUS owns all data produced and has every right to use/destory/archive it for their needs.

GRANT OF PERMISSION
I agree and consent to the use of my name, voice, picture, image, likeness, performance, Live Streaming/recording, video highlights of match/team/individual and/or motion pictures of myself and/or my property by the CricketUS and/or its volunteers. I hereby grant permission to the CricketUS and/or it's volunteers to use, and/or reproduce my name, voice, picture, image, likeness, performance, Live Streaming/recording, video highlights of match/team/individual and/or motion pictures of myself and/or my property and that you may distribute and exhibit these throughout the world via web/social/cloud/public/open source/licensed platforms without charge or restriction. I hereby release the CricketUS and/or it's volunteers from any and all claims for damages based on the use of said name, voice, picture, image, likeness, performance, Live Streaming/recording, video highlights of match/team/individual and/or motion pictures.
