CricIndy: A Community for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

CricIndy is a community-driven organization with a mission to celebrate and value diversity in all its forms. The organization is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard, respected, and valued. With a diverse team and a collective experience of 35 years, CricIndy passionately strives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across various sectors.

The advisory committee consists of prominent members such as Feroz Syed, CEO of RADcube, Sherron Rogers, CFO of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital; Tracy Barnes, Chief Information Officer for the State of Indiana; Lav Jhanji, President & COO of Skill Demand Energy; and several other esteemed professionals.
