Cricket Council of Ontario High Performance camp for U-17 is in full swing. This year fitness program has been introduced to help improve players’ fitness level in the off season. The HP training Camp began on November 1st, with a fitness test of all players at Yashi Sports in Toronto. The twenty (20) session fitness program will be running twice a week (Saturday & Sunday) throughout the month of November and December and once a week from January & February. Cricket Skill Development program will synchronize with fitness starting December with fielding training and full practices starting January till end of April. Outdoor training is planned from end of May 2016.

In order to ensure that we have a good training environment and sessions for everyone, players have been divided into two (2) small groups and requred to respect the grouping and the time slot assigned. Training classes will be held on Saturday 10-11 AM and 11-12 PM and Sunday 2-3 PM and 3-4 PM. Please sign-in at the counter upon your arrival for the class and help us track your attendance and the progress. The players who are attending the Cricket Canada WC training camp are welcome to attend if have Cricket Canada program Director permission.
