Team Squad of 16 Players (Max.) has to be provided, Players list shall not be changed during the tournament; matches played by players outside the list will lead to disqualification of such Match/result. Substitute Player has to be within the List.
Any bats more than the length of a Standard Cricket bat (SH) are not to be used; Strictly NO Extra Long Bats & NO Sri Lankan Bats.
Matches are to be started per the Fixture timings, toss will be 5min before match timings, non-availability of a Team at the time of TOSS (with 7 Players minimum) may result in Toss won in favor of the available team that has reached on Time.
Delay to report beyond 15 minutes of TOSS time will result in Toss going in favor of opponent and 2 Overs will be deducted while they bat. Beyond 20 minutes of delay to report, the match is deemed to be “No Show” and 1 Point awarded to the opponent.
If both teams are late by 15 minutes beyond TOSS time, then 2 overs will be deducted for both the Teams. Keeping the Fridays Prayers in mind, every innings to complete in less than 70Min to avoid a delay. So, kindly do not waste Time between Overs and Fall of Wickets. Under the Umpires discretion, Overs to be deducted for the Team those Delays. Rule 6, 7 & 8 is applicable to all the Matches.

Power Play applicable for the first 4 overs, maximum of 2 Players outside the Inner circle irrespective of Players shortage. Beyond 4 overs, 3 Fielders to remain compulsorily inside Inner circle.
Maximum of 5 Fielders in the Leg side (excluding the Bowler), Failing to comply would be considered as No Ball, even after the fact during a wicket.
1st Bouncer ball above the Shoulder height but below the head height is permitted with a 1st Warning; on a similar second attempt, the ball will be declared as NO ball. However if the delivery is above the head height it will be declared as “WIDE” right away in the first attempt, and If a batsmen makes a contact with such delivery is not a no ball and might result in losing his Wicket (if Caught), and Bowler gets 1st Warning.
Bowler, who bowls 2 NO-Balls (above the Waist)in a particular Over, will be disqualified to bowl in the remaining innings of a match.
Bowler who delivers a ball with a Wrong/Foul bowling action is subjected to a 1st warning directly by the Umpire(& Considered as a dead ball), on a second attempt, to be considered as NO-ball (by a Panel Umpire’s decision), the Captain has to replace that bowler for remaining balls/spells of that match. No Arguments further.
Bi-runners can be used only if the batsman is Injured/Muscle Cramps. Bi runner should have already batted. If retired hurt, the batsman can resume his innings after 7 wickets. If retired due to tiredness then the Batsman shall not Bat further.
During the game, Bowlers who opt for a substitute due to overexertion, will have to field for minimum of 2 overs upon his return, before he start to bowl.
Delayed entry of a Player is allowed only up to 5th over of the 1st innings, which sets the maximum team count of the innings. In 2nd Innings there is no delayed entry. Substitute Player shall only Field, No Bowling, No Batting & No WK allowed.
Batsman handling the ball or Bi-runner intentionally obstructing the field shall be declared as out. Bowler shall not obstruct the Batsman while running between wickets.
Players can appeal, but should not argue or abuse the Umpire during the match. Umpire’s decision is final. If any discussion/clarification about a decision, then only the captain has the rights to speak to Umpire.
Main Umpire and Organizer reserves full rights to cancel/disqualify a Team/Match against disciplinary issues.
Only Main umpire would be given from the Organizers. Leg umpire shall be provided from the team that is playing in the adjacent ground of the same tournament.
The balls that were hit out of the Ground are to be brought back by the Batting team members, in the meanwhile Spare balls will be provided by the Umpire to keep continuing the match. This is to reduce wasting of time, during the match.
Points Table & Net Run Rate shall be calculated to Rank the Teams. Top 4 teams of a group will qualify for Quarter Finals.
Teams that withdraw in the mid of a game due to disputes may result in 2 Point Reduction as Penalty and award of 1 Point to the Opponent. (During League stage)
Match would be rescheduled if there are any issues with the Ground.
Every Team should bring 1 Stump for their Match. Sufficient Water must be brought by the respective teams.
Due to Security issues, per the Management of “Mall of Dhahran”, during the tournament all the teams are requested to maintain a strict discipline on the Ground. (Strictly, No Heated Arguments, No Fights and No Car Honking)

Fielding Teams shall not delay the game during their bowling session by too much discussion between the Overs and balls (4-5 min/Over). Such repeated 3 delays observed by the umpire can result in 2 over deduction in the second innings while they bat in 2nd innings or 20 Runs deducted from the Target Runs of opponent Team if they had batted first. Captain’s attention to manage this efficiently can avoid any delay to 2nd Session. Similarly Batsman to be ready soon after every ball.

Rank-1 Team of all the groups shall qualify directly to Quarter Finals, Rank 2 & 3 Teams to play a Pre-Quarter final to qualify for Knockout Round (Quarter Finals).
