All the Batsmen & Wicket Keepers are advised to wear proper Safety measures like Abdomen Guards to prevent from any unexpected incident, Be Smart and do not overexert yourself while fielding in the rough areas of the Ground. The committee takes No responsibility for any such unfortunate injuries. All teams to carry a Safety Kit and plenty of drinking Water.
10 Overs Match. One Bowler can bowl a Maximum of 2 overs.
Power Play is applicable for the First 5 over’s, 5 Bowlers must bowl during the power play. During the powerplay Maximum of 3 Players outside the 30 yard circle regardless of Players shortage. Beyond 5 overs, 4 Fielders must remain compulsorily inside the Inner circle. Failing to comply shall be declared.a No Ball
Minimum of 6 batsman to bat during the innings, so 2 opening batsmen shall retire-out by 4th over if they are not-OUT till then, 3rd & 4th Batsman to retire-out by 8th over if they are not-OUT till then. 5th & 6th Batsmen to join from 8th over onwards. If 3rd and 4th Batsmen join before 4th over then they can continue till 8th over, and if 5th and 6th Batsmen join before 4th over then they can continue batting till 10th Over.
2 Leagues matches, Top 4 Teams of every Group directly qualifies for Quarter Final.
Quarter Finals & Semi-finals to be played same day on 23rd September (National day).
Team Squad of 16 Players (Max.) has to be provided, Players list shall not be changed during the tournament; matches played by players outside the list will lead to disqualification of such Match/result. Substitute Player must be within the players List that was provided.
Players, who have not played any League match, shall not play in the Knockout matches.
Only Standard Cricket bats (SS, SG, CA, etc.) of (SH/LH/LB) are allowed (max length of 89cm or 35 Inch). Any other unconventional bats are not to be used; Strictly Scoop Bats are NOT ALLOWED.
Matches are to be started per the Fixture timings, toss will be 5min before match timings, and non-availability of a Team at the time of TOSS (with 7 Players minimum) may result in Toss won in favor of the available team that has reached on Time.
Delay to report beyond 15 minutes of TOSS time will result in Toss going in favor of opponent and 2 Overs will be deducted while they bat. Beyond 20 minutes of delay to report, the match is deemed to be “No Show” and 2 Points awarded to the opponent.
If both teams are late by 15 minutes beyond TOSS time, then 2 overs will be deducted for both the Teams. Every innings should complete in less than 50 Min. So kindly do not waste Time between the Overs and Fall of Wickets. Under the Umpires discretion, Overs to be deducted for the Team that Delay.
NO Leg bye Runs, NO LBW and NO FREE HIT.
Maximum of 5 Fielders in the Leg side (excluding the Bowler), Failing to comply would be considered as No Ball, even after the fact during a wicket.
1st Bouncer ball above the Shoulder height but below the head height is permitted with a 1st Warning; on a similar second attempt, the ball will be declared as NO ball. However if the delivery is above the head height it will be declared as “WIDE” right away in the first attempt, and If a batsmen makes a contact with such delivery is not a no ball and might result in losing his Wicket (if Caught), and Bowler gets 1st Warning for a NO Ball.
Bowler, who bowls 2 NO-Balls (above the Waist)in a particular Over, will be disqualified to bowl in the remaining innings of the match.
Bowler who delivers a ball with a Wrong/Foul bowling action is subjected to a 1st warning directly by the Umpire (& may considered as a dead ball), on a second attempt, to be considered as NO-ball (by a Panel Umpire’s decision), and the Captain has to replace that bowler for remaining balls/spells of that match. No Arguments further.
Bi-runners can be used only if the batsman is Injured/Muscle Cramps. Bi runner should have already batted. If retired hurt, the batsman can resume his innings after 7 wickets. If retired due to tiredness then the Batsman shall not Bat any further.
During the game, Bowlers who opt for a substitute due to overexertion, will have to field for minimum of 1 over upon his return, before he bowls an over.
All the batsmen who have batted should field minimum first 5 Overs. Substitute can be availed later.
Mankading wicket is allowed only on a second attempt to a non-striker, if he was already notified/warned by the umpire of his act in the first attempt, regardless of any bowler.
Balls that BREAKES while hitting a Six/Four will be awarded respective runs, however if the ball is broken (not a Crack) while hitting and is a CATCH or BOWLED shall not be a wicket, and will be declared a dead ball. If the ball has just a crack and has not broken then it will be awarded a wicket, the ball shall be changed by the Umpire or the organizers.
Player delay (Fielding) is allowed only up to the end of 4th over in the 1st innings, which sets the maximum team player count of that innings. In 2nd Innings no delayed entry of Players. Substitute Player shall only Field, No Bowling, No Batting & No WK allowed.
Fielding Teams shall not delay the game during their bowling session by too much of discussions between the Overs and balls (4-5 min/Over). Such repeated 3 delays observed by the umpire can result in 2 over deduction in the second innings while they bat in 2nd innings or 20 Runs deducted from the Target Runs of opponent Team if they had batted first. Captain’s attention to manage this efficiently can avoid any delay to 2nd Session. Similarly, Batsman to be ready soon after every ball.
Players can appeal but should not argue/abuse the Umpire during the match. If any discussion/clarification about is needed, then Captain is the only person to speak to Umpire. Umpire’s decision is the Final Decision.
Main Umpire and the Organizer reserves full rights to cancel/disqualify a Team/Match against any disciplinary issues.
Leg umpire should be provided voluntarily by every team to do umpiring for the match that is played in the adjacent ground.

Teams that Walk-over/withdraw in the middle of a game due to disputes shall result in 1 Point Reduction as Penalty. (During the League stage)
Match shall be rescheduled or cancelled if any issues with the Ground or Weather.
Every Team should bring 1 Stump for their Game.

Rank-1 Team of all the groups shall qualify directly to Quarter Finals, Rank 2 & 3 Teams to play a Pre-Quarter final to qualify for Knockout Round (Quarter Finals).
Teams that withdraw in the mid of a game due to disputes may result in 2 Point Reduction as Penalty and award of 1 Point to the Opponent. (During League stage)
