Weekly Practice:

Practice start time: 06:30 AM
Practice match start time: 07:00 AM
Please RSVP your availability for the weekend cricket practice match .
* Players who say YES should stay for minimum 3 hours.
* Everyone should help in packing/unpacking the kit and other work
(cleaning the ground etc.) during our weekend games.
* As usual 30 minutes before we will start practicing. Those
who desire to improve batting/bowling/keeping should come early and
take advantage of extra practice. No one arriving after 7:30 AM will be allowed to join. RSVP by Wednesday. This helps our match setup committee
if they have to arrange one match based on 26+ rsvp.
You can make changes to your RSVP till noon on Friday. After that time
your RSVP is considered final. Only 3 times you are allowed to drop out
after Friday Noon.  Teams will be made based on the RSVP at that
time.If your plan changes after this time, please e-mail to the group. A
maximum of 3 times you are allowed to drop out for non emergency reasons
after Friday afternoon.
* If you are currently playing (or played in the last 4 weeks) with any
other bay area team you will get the lowest priority in selection for
matches that EVCC plays against other teams. As a courtesy if you are
  in this category, please state it in the evite along with your rsvp.All
must RSVP to be on this list.  If you don't rsvp (yes/no) then your
name will be removed from this list without notice.
* All early departures request must come to the Captains before the
innings start. Early departure should be once in a while request not a
common occurrence.
* Everyone should help participate in the packing and cleaning effort.
* Guests are not allowed if we have 22 Players.
* Without responding to evite, you are not eligible to play for the
week if we have 22+ players.
