FOICR Cricket Tournament Rules

1. All games will be 13 overs. 3 overs max for 3 bowlers.
2. There is no power play but you need to have a minimum 4 fielders inside the inner circle.
3. Max 5 fielders on leg side.
4. No ball is a free hits.
5. If batsman covers the stumps completely, Bowler can inform umpire to ask the batsman to move.
6. If runner runs before ball is released and bowler hits the stump, 1st warning will be given then it is out.
7. Innings break can be max 10 minutes.
8. No LBW and no leg byes.
9. There is overthrow and byes(If wicket keeper leaves the ball).
10. If ball pitches on the grass before crossing the stumps, it is considered as wide ball
11. If ball pitches 2 times before crossing the stumps, it is considered as dead ball(no run)
12. There will be no arguments with Umpire.
13. Organizers reserve the right to cancel a match and disqualify any team.
14. Every effort will be made to start and finish the matches on time as scheduled. Late arriving teams may be penalized with reduced overs. Any washed out games will be played at the end of round robin stage.
15. Only registered and paid members can play.
16. Players cannot switch teams if they have already played for a team.
17. 1 batting and 1 bowling supersub is allowed. So max of 12 players can play in a match for a team.

19. Only one bouncer per over is allowed
