                                    2024 SPRING FRIENDLY CUP PLAYOFF SCHEDULE

 

                                          DIVISION A Playoff Schedule
  1. Top 4 teams from each group progresses to the next stage for each Division.
  2. The 20 teams  (4*5) will be then ranked based on points and run rate called as Team1 through to Team20.
  3. Teams Ranked 1 to 4 will directly qualify to the Quarter Finals.
  4. The remaining 16 teams will play an Eliminator Game based on Rankings to Qualify for Pre Quarterfinals. Team5 will Play Team 20, Team6 will play Team 19 and such. 
  5. The 8 winning teams from Eliminator will play a Pre Quarterfinal game to progress to the Quarter Finals.
  6. Quarter finals will happen between the Top 4 ranked teams and the winners of Pre Quarterfinals.
  7. Semi Finals and Finals will follow as given in the below table.

Note:
       1. Every playoff game will have a Reserve Day for Weather Interruptions.
       2. In the event of weather interruptions on the Reserve day, attempts will be made to play a shorter version (10 Overs) game to determine a result.
       3. In the event of no possible game atall, the Higher ranked team will be declared the winner.
