PGL SEASON 3: Islamabad United takes the PGL title 2nd time

 Pakistan Guardians League season 3 came to an end. Islamabad United won the title by defeating Karachi Kings in the final match played on 2nd March 2019 Saturday at NGHA KSAU grounds.

Initial 10 league matches were thrilling. After 10 league matches Islamabad United ranked top with 8 points. Second team was Karachi Kings which stood second with five points. Third team was Multan Sultan with 4 points. Fourth team was a Sargoda Shaheen with three points. Riyadh doctors could manage 5th position and could not win a match . In the first playoff between Multan Sultan and Sargoda Shaheens, Sargoda Shaheens defeated Multan Sultan to reach the third play off. In the second play off Karachi Kings lost against Islamabad United and Islamabad United manage to reach finals direct. Karachi Kings played against Sargodha Shaheens for the third playoff and could easily defeat sSargoda Shaheens to reach final. A great tournament with some fantastic performances to remember for a long time!!
