We a group of researchers with like-minded people joined together under the
name of our beloved former President Shri Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam during the
year 2015 to have a sporting activity in South Korea. We were representing every
cricket tournament and badminton tournaments in the team name “APJ
DREAMERS” each year to show case our skills.
We bagged three runner-up trophies in our second cricketing season in the year
2016 and two runner-up trophies in the year 2017.
We had kick started this year sporting season by organizing our second “APJ
memorial Badminton Championship Trophy - 2018”, which was a grand success
and highly appreciated by the participants and we hope to continue this year with
the same energy to make more achievements and success.
Gathering for sports events in the name of “APJ Dreamers” has developed
rapports within the team and with other sports lovers in South Korea. Apart from
sports events we APJ Dreamers have been shared our hands in organizing family
gatherings in and around this beautiful country and we even raised funds for the
charities in India and to set up language chair in high profile university as well
We always thrive in our commitment to “Play hard and Play Fair” which has been
our motto since we started our team, which led us to have so many friends
among various sporting competition.
