Match Timings
  Players are expected to be on the ground 30 minutes before the start time.
 Match will start per the scheduled time at any cost with the available players.
 Toss will be 10 minutes before the start of each match.
 Playing 11 must be announced by each team captains during the toss and decision to bat or bowl/field right after by the captain winning the toss, no delays/consultations allowed.
 All players in the playing 15 must already be registered before 12th August 2017.
 At least 8 players must be present from a team at the start time of the match, else the team will be considered as "No-Show" and “winner” will be awarded to the opposition team.

Match Rules

 12 Overs per innings for Match-1 to Match-5. 15 Overs per innings for Match-6 (Final Match).
 No more than 5 Players are allowed to field on the boundary at a time. (Snapshot at the end of doc)
 Boundary also shows on the screen shot at last page. Other than this if the ball goes to the back of stumps and out of the ground (doesn't matter how much far it is), there will be 2 fixed runs given.
 A bowler can bowl a maximum of 3 overs for all Matches.
 If there is a tie between two teams, there will be a super over (As per ICC rules) and if Super over match also ties, then there will be bowl out.
 Exceptional cases (Relocation, Long-term Injury etc.,) will be handled on a case to case basis and decided by all 4 captain of INS2 Cricket League (IEC-National-SMGStore Cricket League).
 During any match, if rain interrupts and stops the match, overs will be reduced to complete the game within the timeslot. Captains will decide overs for the next matches. G
 If any team is having a substitute at the start of the match, the main player who will be part of the 11 has to come into the field before the end of 4th over. If the main player doesn't come by end of 4th over, then a substitute will become the main player.
 If a team can’t field 11 players before the end of 4th overs, they need to play only with the same number of players for the whole match.

Ground Rules
 Fairview Baseball filed B is reserved for all Matches.
 Cones/Flag will be used to decide boundary.
 The new ball will be provided during the start of each innings. Umpires have the full authority to decide & replace the ball reported broken/damaged / lost during the course of the match, and they can decide on the replacement of the ball.

Scoring
 Scoring will be the responsibility of both the playing teams in the match.
 Live scoring option in the mobile app will be used using the iOS or Android app.
 In case of using live scoring in the mobile app, it is always better to back up with recording the scores on the score sheet to avoid any technical issues

Umpiring
 Umpiring should be done as given in the schedule. It is the duty of the non-playing team's Captains to send umpires for the matches during their Umpiring schedule. If there is a match between IEC vs. Store, there should be 1 umpire from NRC and 1 Umpire should be from SMG.
 Umpires should be on the ground at least 20 minutes before the start of the play time. Where one umpire is present, toss and game should go as scheduled with batting team taking over leg umpire duties.
 A person who is going to be the umpire should be aware of all the rules.
 Umpires decision will be Final in all situations including fours, Sixes, run outs, catches and all extras. There should not be any argument against the decisions by Umpires.

Extra Runs (No ball, Wide, Bye, Leg Bye, Over throw)
 Bowling crease Front Line No Ball - Some part of the foot should be behind the crease line for a legal delivery. On or beyond the front line with nothing behind is a No-ball (same as ICC rule).
 Height No Ball - Full toss above hip is a No ball. If batsman comes down the wicket, full toss above hip is not a No Ball.
 Bouncing above the head of the batsman is a wide. Bouncing above shoulder - First ball warning and then No Ball. Any ball outside the edge of the mat at the time of passing the stumps at off side of batting end would be deemed wide. Ball down the leg side is automatic wide except for switch/reverse hits.
 Free-Hit is applicable only for the crease no balls. Free-Hit is not awarded for Height No ball.
 If the batsman has not crossed for a run, then Bowling team will not be allowed to change their fielders for the Free-Hit. If the batsman has crossed for a run in the no ball, then bowling team can adjust their fielders.
 For the purposes of wide, reverse-hitting / switch-hitting striker sacrifices the benefit of the leg side wide limit.
 LBW not out. 4 stumps used instead of 3. No extra runs for Leg bye.
 Wide, No ball and Bye's Extra run will be considered
 Dead Ball - Ball pitching more than once before reaching the stumps
 Over throw will give extra runs

Other
 Bye Runner for any Batsmen will not be allowed.
 Injury during the match is an exception and at umpire's discretion. Tiredness and cramps are not considered injuries.  At any instance, one team can use maximum 1 fielder as substitute if any fielder from their playing-XI get injured. No Substitute allowed for tired.
 Man of the Match will be given for Match-6 only (Final Match) and Man of the series will be announced at the end of Tournament.(According to Player Ranking in Application)
 1 player can play from 1 team only.
 Team-A1, A2, B1 & B2 will be decide on the same day of tournament (8/19/2017)
