Rules - 2019
  1. Match Timings - 7.15 PM Toss / 7.30 PM First ball.
  2. Match Format – T18 Format. 11 Players (10 Fielding) / 18 Overs per Side / Bowlers Quota – 3 Bowlers 4 Overs Max. Fielders can be rotated. 
  3. Power play - First 5 Overs. 2 Fielders allowed outside the circle. 
  4. Squad of 20 Players or less (Max of 3 players can be added in the squad, in between tournament prior to 9th match of the tournament. Squad cannot exceed 20 Players.).
  5. A player has to play minimum 2 matches in the league matches to be eligible to play finals, if his team qualifies.
  6. Fielding - Max allowed 5 on Leg Side (including Bowler, if bowling around the wicket) .Min 2 Players to field inside circle during whole match, excluding Bowler and Wicket keeper.
  7. Bouncer - One Bouncer (Over the shoulder) is allowed per over. 2nd bouncer onwards it’s called as NO-BALL (Free Hit). 
  8. Bye Runners are not allowed at any case.
  9. Beamers - Over the waist Full Toss ball (Beamer) is considered as NO-BALL (Free Hit).  2 Beamers in a match and Bowler will not be allowed to ball in that match. 
  10. Innings Break - There will be only one Innings Break at end of First Innings for 10 Mins. 
  11. Declared Runs - 
       a. On Off Side ball hitting directly on before the blue net will be declared 1 runs. 
       b. On Off Side ball hitting directly after blue net will be declared 2 Runs. 
       C. on off Side ball travelling outside directly after the pole is declared 4 runs. 
       d. On Off Side ball pitching inside and going outside after the pole (By any means) is declared 2 Runs. 
       e. On Leg Side ball pitching anywhere or travelling directly outside before the pole is declared 1 run. 
       f. On Leg Side ball travelling directly outside after the pole or pitching inside and travelling outside (by any means) is declared 2 Runs.
  12. Overthrow - If Batsman trying to take a run or outside crease and while throwing to Wicket keeper, ball goes outside behind Wicket keeper area, it will be declared 1 run for Overthrow and +1 run for running. 
  13. Wides - On the line on offside will be considered fair delivery. 
  14. Umpires decision - Umpire decision will be final (Provided the rules are followed). In case Umpires are not aware of certain rules, both team captains and both the Umpires can discuss and come to conclusion. Umpire's decision will have priority in case a conclusion cannot be reached.  
  15. Once the schedule is finalized (For Leg 1, before the start of first match, Leg 2 – Before start of 5th Match), there will be no changes entertained unless weather or Ground Condition didn’t permit.
  16. There will be a reserve day for each washout matches or a reschedule request.
  17. Matches which are not able to be played on match day will be shifted to reserve day. In case a match cannot be played on reserve day (Weather or Logistics issue), new date will be decided on mutual agreement.
  18. If any team not available even after re-schedule then that team has to give a walkover.
