As evident by its name, the team “Deccan Knights” has its players hailing predominantly from Asian Community. Nevertheless, the unity in diversity is reflected by the fact that a couple of players / bench strength belongs to other City / Country. 
 
Though Deccan Knights is a latest addition to the manifold of Jeddah Cricket Association (JCA), the players have been practicing their game though various teams over the past many years of their livelihood in the different cities of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).  Only since 2008, the things were put in a proper order and a team evolved.  It basically has a number of old and loyal friends, mingling again after many years, in Jeddah. 
 
While still in its early stage, Deccan Knights has the potential and fire power to be one of the most challenging and dominant cricket teams in JCA.  The team has done reasonably well in recently concluded tournament in Premier big league in Jeddah Cricket Association (JCA) and Win the title constantly.
