Rules? & Regulations

1. All teams and their players are expected to read the Rules, Regulations, and Responsibilities and abide by these rules throughout the tournament.

2. A team can register a maximum of 18 players in their team for the KDL-2019

• At least 16 players? name has to be registered during the first submission.
• Registration fee is exempted?for the first 18 players (KD 2 per player will be charged from?18?to 22)
• The registration of additional player must be done at least Wednesday before the concerned player is due to play his first match and approval has to be received from TOC by Email mr_justus97@hotmail.com
• Transfer of players cannot be done at any point unless the player?s residence is transferred to another company and proof has to be submitted to TOC (During tournament player can''''t change the Team even though the residence is transferred).

1. All team players should be in same color kit.
2. Our Team will announce final schedule for each week on Wednesday which will be unchangeable.
3. Team list will b provided by our Umpires on the ground & captain''''s have to mark there playing eleven before each match.
4. If an opposing team?s captain or Umpire or TOC Representative, expresses a concern over a particular player (or players) identify, Team Captains will assist umpires in checking a valid ID Card of the player in question.
5. The KDL Umpire will have the authority to reduce the no of?over''''s?or award runs as penalty if he finds any of the teams causing a delay.
6. The red balls & wickets will be provided by TOC.
7. There will be two (2) umpires.
8. All games shall be played under the latest (ICC) rules and local playing condition.
9. Nine (9) Players should be inside the circle during Power Play (6 Over Power Play), after Power Play four (4) players should be inside the circle.
10. Umpire will decide the field restriction in reduced over match.
11. There will be no challenge to the authority of the assigned umpire.?The umpires? decision is FINAL.
12. A participating team should have?at?least 9 players?on the ground in proper color cricket kit before the toss time.
13. A Team captain must be ready to toss 15 min before the official match start time otherwise toss will be awarded to opposite team.

• If any team can''''t be present to the scorer on match start time then the match will b awarded to the present team after the completion of Mercy Time Period (10 min.)
• If both team are not present to the scorer on match start time the match will be abandoned without any match point.?
