Guidelines

1 Teams will have to choose a distinct name. The name MUST include the name of the company/organization you are representing.
2 Teams must have a logo, which needs to be high quality 4x4 cm JPEG .
3 Teams must have a team jersey (T-shirt and Lower) for all the players and coach (if any). It is advised to have the player name and number to be printed on the T-Shirt for each player, although it’s not compulsory.
4 Teams and players should arrange their kit (bat, gloves, guards etc.) to be used during the match.
5 The participation amount of ₹11000 can be deposited through Paytm or Account Transfer (NEFT, IMPS etc.).
6 Organizers will only communicate with Captains and Vice-Captains; it will be the duty of C & VC to communicate any information further to the players.
7 Captains and Vice Captains are requested to communicate the rules, guidelines etc. to the players of their team. Any doubt should be communicated back through the same channel.
8 Team & Players will have to take care of their personal belongings, organizers will be not be responsible in case any loss or theft.
9 Taking the clue from the Swachh Bharat Mission, it is advised to the teams not to litter the ground or their pavilion area. All the leftovers like chips packets, trash, paper, cans, bottles, fruit residue etc. should be put into the trash can.
10 Smoking and Chewing Pan Masala etc. are prohibited inside the ground. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. Team captains are requested to enforce this for their team and will be the responsible person in this regard.
11 In case of any need organizers can be contacted at the above mentioned contacts details.
12 Team Captains and Vice-Captains are requested to go through the MCC Laws of Cricket and be acquainted with them to avoid any dispute during the match.
13 All talk must stop when the bowler reaches their bowling mark.
14 Treat all players as you would like to be treated. Do not interfere with, bully or take unfair advantage of another player.
15 Be a good sport. Applaud good plays regardless of the team.
16 Control your temper. Verbal abuse of officials or other players, deliberately distracting or provoking will not be tolerated.
17 Work equally hard for yourself and your team. Your performance will benefit - so will your team's.
18 If bowler involved in a decision or team captain or any other player is unhappy with a decision of the umpire, then the bowler or player can ask their captain to seek an explanation from the umpire for a decision.
If still unhappy then Captain can comment on umpire’s performance in Captain’s Report after the match.
19 Teams are advised to get familiar with the ground locations, an explanatory route is attached with each ground along with Google Maps Link at the end of this booklet. Any excuses related to difficulty in locating the ground will not be entertained once the tournament will start. You can always reach out organizers for any help in this regard.
