1. Select, "Claim your profile" as per the image
2. Enter only ONE email address (one email address cannot be used for more than one profile)
   1. If you are a parent, claiming for your child, it's recommended you create an email account for your child
      1. All correspondence for that profile will then go to that address
3. If you select your unclaimed profile from another league, scored in another tournament, the system recognises that your email address exists in another league that you have claimed and will ask if you'd like to merge, to which an OTP will be sent to your registered email address which you will use to authorise the merging of those profiles together.
4. Once merged, you will find that the profile has a unique Player ID Number. If you are invited to play in other leagues that use CricClubs as their system and they request your name, you can supply your name and surname with your unique Player ID number.
   1. Your full portofilio including profile photo and all other playing details such as Left / Right batting orientation and bowling action will carry across.
5. PLEASE enter the contact details as set out in the profile. All of these details are hidden from public view but are visible to administrators, selectors and coaches should they need to contact players in emergencies or for opportunities.
6. PLEASE WAIT.... The system does NOT automatically accept your claim. The claim sends a notification to the office on which an internal audit is conducted. If the email address and name do not have some kind of corresponding similarity, then your claim could be rejected. The list of claims need to be worked through as and when the administrator gets to them.
