Legal Disclaimer for Tournament Participation
By registering for and participating in this tournament, you, as an individual player or captain of an individual team, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Assumption of Risk: Participation in the tournament involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries, slips, falls, and serious or life-threatening injuries. By registering and participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability: The MCT Committee, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated entities (collectively referred to as "the Organizers") shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during or after play. This includes but is not limited to injuries resulting from slips, falls, or any other accidents.
No Compensation: In the event of any injury, damage, or loss sustained during the tournament, you agree that you will not seek any form of compensation or hold the Organizers liable for any costs or damages.
Consent to Participate: By registering for and participating in the tournament, all players, captains, and their respective team members confirm that they have read and understood this legal disclaimer. You agree to participate at your own risk and waive any rights to pursue claims against the Organizers.
Binding Agreement: This legal disclaimer constitutes a binding agreement between all players, captains, and the Organizers. By participating in the tournament, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this disclaimer.
If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please refrain from registering for or participating in the tournament and let us know before the start of the tournament. Once the tournament begins, your participation indicates that you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
