Full Match (20 overs): Umpire receives full $50 fee.
Match Called Off Before Arrival: No fee; availability will be requested for rescheduling.
No Match Due to Unplayable Conditions once umpire arrives: $15 if no overs are bowled/match does not start /cancelled with mutual consent. Points to split between team.
Partial Match (1st Inning): if no further play can be played due to weather or ground conditions once match starts.
Minimum 5 overs: $20
Minimum 10 overs: $30
More than 10 overs: Full fee
Reduced Overs (D/L Method): Full fee if the result is obtained via D/L method.
Minimum Overs for Result: 8 overs; full fee if the result is obtained.
Match Results:
Best efforts should be made to use the D/L method to get results.
If a result is obtained with reduced overs via D/L method, the umpire gets the full fee of $50.
Umpire will first attempt to use D/l overs to conduct matches. Priority for d/l scenario
If nothing can be done, then go for 8 over matches.
Final decisions on match cancellations due to weather/ ground conditions will be made by the umpire and team captains on arrival.
Final decision to forfeit match without single bowl be bowled should be taken together by both captains and umpire.
The final decision regarding match rescheduling/Result will rest with the MTCT admin committee in case of dispute.
