Waiver of Liability for MCL League Tournaments:

By participating in the MCL League Tournaments, you voluntarily assume all risks related to any potential injuries, damages, or losses that may occur. These risks include, but are not limited to, those arising from playing the sport, transportation to and from the venue, and any activities associated with the event.

In consideration of your participation in the MCL League Tournaments, you hereby waive any and all claims, suits, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that may arise against Muslims for Peace Inc, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and any affiliated parties.

You understand and acknowledge that MFP will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. However, unforeseen circumstances may occur, and you agree to release and hold harmless MFP/MCL from any and all liability in connection with your participation in the MCL League Tournaments.

Please carefully read and sign the attached waiver form, indicating your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms outlined herein. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must also sign the waiver form on your behalf.

Violation of this clause may result in the termination of your player account and access to our platform/services.
