- Important Points for ‘The Hundred’ format:
- 100 balls per innings
- A change of ends after 10 balls
- Bowlers deliver either 5 or 10 consecutive balls
- Each bowler can deliver a maximum of 20 balls per game
- Each side gets a strategic timeout of 2 mins per innings
- A 25-ball powerplay at the start of the innings where only 2 fields are allowed outside the 30-yard circle
- Strategic Time-Out (Bowling team decision) between 40 balls and 80 balls.
- The non-striker must return to their original end after a caught dismissal
- No-Balls and Wides are worth 2 runs (No-Ball is a free-hit)
- Batting on one-side only for all league games
