Fielding restrictions:

  • Power play # 1 – First 3 Overs mandatory with ONLY 2 players outside inner circle
  • Power play # 2 – 3 Overs to be decided by batting team (any time) 3 Players outside inner circle

Fielding team will get 105 Mins to complete their quota of 20 Overs (grace time included). Penalties for exceeding the time limit for both the teams are as follows:

  • If bowling team (Fielding first) exceeds the time limit, 1 over will be deducted for every five extra minutes. For example, if any team (Fielding first) exceeds 105 mins, then for 106 to 110 mins, 1 over deduction when they come for chase.
  • If a team fielding second exceeds the limit of 105 minutes, for every extra 5 minutes, 10 runs will be deducted from the target.

Only 1 break of 2 minutes will be allowed during each innings after 10th over. Between the overs, batting team is not allowed to send any refreshment to the batters, unless permitted by umpires, in case of any unusual stoppage.

Any sort of misbehavior and arguments with umpires will not be entertained. Involved player can be disqualified from the tournament, if found guilty.

All other un-mentioned rules would be as per ICC T-20 rules.
