Kattapa started their season with win over Parshurammers. Kattapa scored 122 in allotted 14 overs. Star of day was Kuldeep with well crafted half century (55) - 5 fours & 4 sixes. Gurpreet Z/Pankaj Mahanjan chipped in to kept the scorebord moving. Vibash from Parshurammers took 3 wickets including wickets of Kuldeep and Gurpreet Z. Chasing was never going to be easy considering the nature of the pitch. Parshurammers openers started well with couple of big shots but couldn't stand for long time in front of Kattapa bowling attack. Kattapa continued to apply pressure on the middle-order through some excellent fielding but Mayank had other plans. While wickets were falling on one end; Mayank tried to keep the scoreboard running and managed 31 runs until Arundeep got him. Kattapa's fielding pressure did the job and got 5 Parshurammers players runout which helped them to fold Parshurammers innings on 106 all out in 13.4 overs.
