A group of cricket enthusiastic expatriates came together with the sole objective of playing more & more cricket thru out the year and established Desert Warriors Cricket Team in the year 2017. Proudly we can say, we are the newest team in NPL.
Desert Warriors had gone through fledgeling days during the practice matches of NPL, continuous losses, shifting venues, running around for sponsors etc.. But the love for the game that had brought together the band of youngsters developed into an all-encompassing spirit that provided them to keep the flame alight. Building a camaraderie among the members had done the trick which resulted in winning matches in the later stages of practice matches and we hope to continue the momentum in League. The team now has not just a bunch of players, but also a great team of non-players to support the team take it to further heights.
