Conroy is a left handed all-rounder who has experience opening both batting and bowling in T20 cricket at the local and regional level. Conroy is a team player who can bat at any position and bowl at any point in the game depending on match situation. He grew up in Jamaica, and played cricket for Manchester High School and Manchester Parish. After migrating to Florida he represented Palm Bay, Central Florida Cricket Association, Florida Tech, Orlando Cricket Club and Orlando Galaxy Cricket Franchise. He led Palm Bay and Orlando Cricket Club to multiple trophy wins, with several finals MVP trophies. Conroy does well under pressure, with majority of his best recorded performances (bat/ball) come at time when his team needed someone to dig deep and carry-on. He believes in outplaying his opponents by applying smart tactics.
