Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, OCCA could not complete the 2019 Winter League. The last of the games was played on March 8th, 2020, after which all the businesses were closed down to stop the spread of the virus.

The EGB met in the last week of November 2020, and decided to declare Inland Empire CC as the winner, based on the points they have at the end of the round-robin games. They were unbeaten in all their 11 games. For the runners, there were three teams with 16 points each. Irvine CC was declared the runners based on the Net Run Rate (NRR) compared to the other two teams San Fernando Lions, and Tigers CC.
