This is a league basis tennis ball cricket tournament.
Each innings consists of 15 Overs. 3 overs maximum for a bowler.
A new (Any ball except Karson) ball will be arranged for each innings.
During the play, If the ball is damaged during play, the umpire will replace the ball and the particular ball will be called Dead ball. If the particular delivery went out of the ground like a boundary or six, then it will be called as a legal delivery even if the ball is broken.
There can be no sledging and no bad language under any circumstances.
The leg umpire can’t make or overrule the main umpire’s decision unless when asked for.
There is no NO-BALL for not telling the side that the bowler bowls from umpires reserve every right to declare a no ball with or without warning, if any bowler delivers under arm or throw ball (Chucking).
A substitute can play up to 4 overs, After 4 overs he is your regular player.
First 4 Overs Mandatory power play.
During power play overs of each innings, only THREE fielders are permitted to be outside of the circle.
During Non-Power play overs, THREE fielders are mandatory inside the circle.
The fielding circle should be marked by white dots /cones. (It will fall under both teams responsibility).
All teams must ensure that all matches are scored and reported properly and in the correct manner.
Captains are at all times responsible for the correctness of the score.
Teams must provide a competent scorer for each match.
Minimum 8 players must be in the ground from both teams before a match is started. Failure of which after the allotted time will lead to disqualified from final registration.
16 teams shall play this championship and it will be divide to 2 pools consist of 8 teams.
All the ICC rules will be followed except LBW, fake fielding. No free hit for any sort of no balls delivered.
A player cannot play for two teams.
Srilankan bats are not allowed.
In the case of a tie in the league matches, point will be share.
In the case of a tie in the knock out stages, Super Over will be played.
A batsman who retired hurt can come back and bat after the fall of next wicket or any wicket he wants to.
Delivery pitching outside the concrete is considered as No Ball.
Both Captains must exchange Team Playing List (Elevens) before toss.
Scoring will be done Online. If there is a dispute over the score, committee will take the final decision based on online scoring.
If match stopped by rain /any other unforeseen situation, one point will be shared to each team.
