I am the oldest playing cricketer in Omaha and have been playing since 1994 for Omaha Cricket Club. I come from a great cricketing family. My dad played for South Zone during 1940-50 and my elder brother played for Tamil Nadu Ranji Trophy during 1960-70. I, in my younger days was a left arm leg spinner (Chinaman) and played for Tamil Nadu State schools and University during 1970-1975. I had the honor of playing with K.Srikkanth and opening the batting with him on several occasions when I was employed with TVS groups of companies during 1980-1985. For me, cricket is life and my passion for the game is limitless. I, in spite of my age (57 years old), have the same love and enthusiasm I had during my yesteryear's and continue to play every season. My ambition is to keep playing cricket in Omaha for few more years! I am a left hand batsman.
