Rizal Muain's discerning eye has spotlighted Larut Matang Selama, Kinta Utara, Kerian and Batang Padang as the quartet that will secure spots in this year MSSPk semi-finals. ""If I have to pick four teams - LMS, Kinta Utara, Kerian and Batang Padang. These are the semi-finalist.
