RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Registration is only for 25 players.
2. 16 over match, one bowler can bowl 4 over.
3. Playing ball will be yellow Headly.
4. You can use any bat except the fiber bat.
5. Power play introduced for FIRST FOUR OVERS of the each innings
6. During the power play only THREE fielders are allowed to field out side the inner circle and it will be reduced depends on your squad (Eg: only TWO fielders allowed outside the circle if you playing with 10 players)
7. After the power play SIX PLAYERS can field out side the inner circle and it will be reduced depends on your squad (Eg: only FIVE players only can placed out side the circle while you playing with 10 members)
8. If both captains are agree,no need to play power play
9. Leg side field not exceeded with more than FIVE fielders including bowler who bowl with same side of the wickets
10. When a batter is out Caught, the new batter shall come in at the end the striker was at, i.e. to face the next ball (unless it is the end of an over).
11. Playing teams should bring their own stump.
12. As per the MAN-KAD is considering as wicket for the first attempt
13. Only TWO players are allowed to register in one team from the ELITE players list
14. ELITE PLAYERS should be played minimum 3 league matches to become eligible for knockout matches
15. There are no criteria for registered NON ELITE PLAYERS to eligible for knockout matches
16. The official match starting time is 6.45 am, if both team captains are agreed to change the time, management doesn’t have any problem.
17. If there is any time delay, for every 10 minutes 1 over will be deducted.
18. 9 players needed to start the game.
19. Free hit allows only to knock out stages.
20. Ball will be declared as DEAD BALL if it broken while playing regardless the result of the ball Six, Four, catch etc..However ball hit on stump will be considered as legal ball and declared BOWLED WICKET even ball is broken
21.Ball will called as NO BALL Unless not touch the ball in pitch.
22. If the ball breaks within the first 4 overs, a new ball can be used
23. Use only the Headly used ball when the ball breaks off.
24. If the match is being interrupted by the displeasure of the players, considered as draw (Each team I'll get equal point)
25. Violence made by the team or players, has been banned from the tournament unless the management gets convinced.
26. Only the captain can speak to the Umpires.
27. All laws/rules will be followed except LBW.
28. Umpires decisions will be the final.
29. If the match will not be played due to climate change, then the match will have postponed to next week.
30. Registration fee will not be returned/refunded.
31. Registration fees should pay at the time of distribution of Ball, Booklets & Medals.
32. The management has the right to postponed matches due to any unavoidable circumstances & a new date will be announced accordingly.
33. Only four teams from each group will be qualified towards the knock-out stage.
34. All the teams should use the ball provided by the management which contains RAGNOS SEAL and it is the responsibility of the captains to make sure other balls are not used.
