Rules about handling Chucking/Bowling action complaints

  1. The Batsmen facing the bowler in question should initiate the complaint against the Bowler's action to the Umpires if he thinks the Bowler's action is questionable/unfairly bowling a delivery without bending the arm sufficiently. Complaints about a bowler's action cannot be driven by any other individuals except the Batsmen facing the Bowler(Ex: other team players, captain, audience etc.,)
  2. The umpires will then evaluate the bowler's action and delivery style(through sample ball delivery/video analysis of recorded Bowler's action or any method which they deem fit). If found guilty by this initial analysis, the Bowler's delivery/ball is signaled a "Dead ball" by the Umpires and cannot bowl in that whole game. If not found guilty by the umpires, the delivered ball is considered "Legal" and will be continued to ball.
  3. After such a match, every reported Bowler's action(either deemed guilty or not guilty by the umpires) will be voted by every team's Captain and Vice captain to decide if he should be allowed to bowl in the Tournament or not. Based on the votes, a judgement will be made which needs to be respected by all teams throughout the Tournament.
Note:  In case of same amount of votes against and for a Bowler's action, the Bowler will be the beneficiary of such a doubt created by the split voting.
