LOUIS CRICKET LEAGUE (STLCL), their officers, Coaches, Volunteers, Sponsoring Agencies, Sponsors, Advertiser, and if applicable, owners and lessor of premises used to conduct any event (Releases), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, to the fullest extent permitted by laws, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE.
Each participants agree and consent Saint Louis Cricket League (STLCL) to use any pictures or videos taken during the games for advertising and promotional purposes (including posting on Facebook, website, news magazine, etc.).
