Please ensure that player registrations, profile photo uploads, player transfers, transfer requests and their club approvals and Activation of inactive players are all finalized by the deadline every Wednesday at 9:00PM.
 

All Inactive players is required to notify the registrar to activate profile via email when the profile photo and or information has been updated.
 

All active and new players WITHOUT photos, and or wearing sunglasses, helmet, multiple people in the photo, initials or shortened names etc. will be made inactive.  Inactive players are not permitted to play!
 

On the day of the game, teams have the option to lodge a protest with the disciplinary committee immediately if they observe any inactive players, unapproved players, players without profile photos, or players with names containing initials or numbers. Prior to filing the protest, the team captain and umpires must be notified and if players insist on playing, be aware they will be playing under protest. Players who fail to meet these requirements will not be allowed to participate in the game.
 

Any requests submitted after the deadline will not be processed until the following week Wednesday anytime after 9:00 PM. * Please note that no exceptions will be made.
 

***Player Transfers deadline: JULY 15th 2023.

***No transfers will be permitted after July 15th 2023.

***SCA Seeded Player list will be updated on JULY 15th 2023!
 

It is up to the management and Team captains of the clubs to take responsibility for their preparedness, readiness and share all of this information and procedures to all new and existing players prior to upcoming matches and throughout the season.
