TBCA WINTER RULES:

HOUSEKEEPING RULES
1.) No Food allowed inside the facility. (Only Water bottles)
2.) It is Team Captains & Team members responsibility to clean up the area (such as removing of water bottles, wrappers etc)
3.) This is a PAID Indoor Facility - Do not ROAM around in different areas.
4.) No one is allowed in Basketball court AT ALL TIMES.
5.) NO SMOKING by the DOOR. If you want to smoke, you must go by the PARKING area. CITY/GLEN ELLYN RULE. MUST BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES. YOU MAY GET TICKETED!

GAME RULES

1.) Note: It is very important that every team be @ the facility on time. Lates may turn into No Show & in favor of another team. Game must start on its scheduled time - no waiting.

2.) Filber bats are allowed by any player or teams. You or your team must arrange your own bats. AVOID asking others for cricket bats. If you do not have any, ask TBCA Management to purchase one.

3.) "Main" Umpire CALL is the FINAL Call. Leg Umpire (batting side umpire) must discuss with main umpire. NO ARGUMENTS OR DISCUSSION ALLOWED WITH THE MAIN UMPIRE AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

4.) White clothing is not allowed during the game, due to WHITE Tape Ball.

5.) RESPECT everyone on or off the field. Its a MUST. DO NOT Pass any comments to anyone. Everyone is there to play and enjoy the time, do not ruin it. DO NOT GET Physical with anyone or DO NOT USE Foul or Abusive Language with anyone. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE REGISTERED WITH GLEN ELLYN POLICE DEPARTMENT. WE WILL NOT WAIT OR HESITATE TO CALL THEM ON YOU. DO NOT JUST GET THERE. YOU will be banned, and your Team may get BANNED too.

6.) Batting side must stay outside of the field behind the nets.

7.) Players once in a team, are not allowed any exchanges. Do not show up every week just to be picked up by another team to play.

8.) Draw matches must end with a result therefore we will use "SUPER OVER" for decision.

9.) It is CAPTAIN's responsibility to keep the GAME MOVING. Causing delays will result in penalties in terms of runs. For example, fielding side taking too long between overs or deliveries, will result 2 runs in favor of batting side. and if there is a delay from Batting side will result in 2 run in favor of fielding side.

10.) The addition of 10th player is allowed to Bat, Bowl & Field. The fielding position for the 10th player must be behind the Batsman.

11.) In this tournament & with TBCA, there is NO SWITCHING allowed of players. A player playing from 1 team/on roster, can only play from that team ONLY. NOTE TO EVERYONE: If TBCA, Umpires or any team complain that a player was seen playing from another team, your GAME POINTS will be "forfeited", even if you end up winning that game. You may be disqualified.
