A minimum number of overs required to bowl for a match to declare a result is 3 overs. That means if the match is stopped after bowling 3 or more overs during the second innings, the winner of the match will be declared on the basis of the runs scored at that point. Please find below possible scenarios and its equivalent solution:

No. Scenario Solution
1 Team A completes the innings & Team B could not start. Will  resume  the Team  innings  of  Team  B batting whenever possible

2 Team A could not complete full innings. Team B will be given the same number of overs as Team A, provided that
team A has completed minimum 3 or more overs.
Incase Team A has not completed 3 overs, they will be allowed to complete
3 overs and it will be a 3 over match.
3 Team A completes the innings Winner  will  be  decided,  if  3  or  more  overs  are already  bowled,
& Team B started,  but,  could not based  on  the  runs  scored  up  to those Overs completed by both teams
complete full quota of overs.  (Please see CLARIFICATION).

CLARIFICATION: In case the scores are equal, then the number of wickets fallen for each team will look. Even if it is the same, then, the final option of Super over will apply.
In order to ensure that it is calculated correctly, the scorer will mark each and every over score& wicket in the score sheet. We assure you that all the teams are treated equally and there will be no partiality of any manners!
Additional  Note: Minimum time to complete the allowed quota of 10 over is 45 minutes only.  In case an interruption (natural interruption) occurred during Team A batting and had to go off the field, the committee will check the duration of interruption and see if they can continue again. If it is possible, committee allow them to continue up to the time frame (45 minutes) to allow as much as play as possible. As mentioned in the scenario column, TEAM B will be given the same number of overs which has completed by TEAM A only.
