A game for everyone

We want cricket to be a game for everyone. That’s why inclusivity and diversity will drive our agenda for the short, medium, and long term. Our Inspiring Generations strategy, launched in 2022 has inclusion at its heart and aims to inspire a whole generation to say that ‘cricket is a game for me’.

Any form of discrimination in cricket is completely unacceptable and we will take all necessary steps to eradicate it wherever and whenever we find it.

Our aim is for every community and every individual to think ‘cricket is a game for me’. We are committed to constantly listening, learning and acting to ensure cricket really is a game for everyone.
