Full game 10 over a side. Minimum 5 overs to consitute a game. 10 over game- 3 overs minimum in second innings to apply DLS. (Same for 5 over game). Only 1 POWER PLAY - is for the Batting team which consist of FIRST 3 overs- NO More than 2 fielders can be outside the 30 yard circle during this period. By default this will be overs 1-3. In case of a reduced 5 over game, powerplay shall be 2 overs of the innings only. (overs 1-2). WORST CASE SCENARIO: In case the floodlights at the field are turned off or we run out of time, teams shall be accordingly informed about the possible result of the game and the organizers shall use the minimum 3 over in 2nd innings rule to determine a result by DLS. In case of that rule not applicable, the game shall be deemed abandoned SEMIFINALS QUALIFICATION: If two teams end up on same points, first NRR decides the team for Playoffs. In case of same run rates, number of boundaries scored by team shall be considered for qualification.The Top 2 teams from each pool shall qualify for the Playoffs. The team Ranked # 1 from Pool A will play # 2 from Pool B and #1 from Pool B will play #2 from Pool A. |
