ROYAL STRIKERS HUNTED DOWN WARRIORS!!!!!!!!!!!

So, Royal Strikers hunted down in its own colosseum courtesy another Vishwaveer and Chetan dream partnership that was, for a change, aided by a Vishwas Upadhyaya shell-saga tonight. Royal strikers stays alive as a result. Chetan doesn't mind those stitches as long as Royal strikers wins and I don't mind torturing my typing fingers as long as he scores. Oh, those flicks! With that, and a bit of overdose of Game of Thrones references!

Chetan, who's also the Man of the Match: "It was a tricky run chase because the wicket was sticky and the spinners were gripping it. I knew I had to stay in. We spoke about a good partnership and I had one with Vishwaveer - another 25-run stand - to take the team home. We haven't played well in SSInfinitus, so this win feels very sweet. Right time to go to in next match and really happy. Important to respect the sport and do the same things again and again. Was afraid that I had split my webbing badly but I told the physio that I want to play anyhow. A bit of injury gives extra motivation and it feels sweeter to do that extra bit for the team. We love the situation and we are not taking things easy, which is the greatest mindset to be in as a cricketer. Playing one ball at a time and we have the momentum at the right time. Wonderful again (p'ship with me) and Vishwaveer told me that we have to take the team home. I said, 'We will'. He runs so hard between the wickets and he runs for me, I run for him. We click in the middle overs where we run so well and that's the main game - to unsettle the opposition in the middle overs so that they start panicking. The split is big and I will go for stitches, 7 or 8 maybe, now as it's starting to pain now. I don't mind even 10 stitches as long as we win the next two games."

Ramiz Raja is on air with the presentations (and his booklet of adjectives and adverbs).

King Chetan - Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm. Eater of run-chases and changer of worlds. Need I say more? There's a period in a sportsman's career where he is at his peak, where he has a purple patch. But Kohli has gone beyond all that. 184 on this pitch looked a treacherous task to me, but what did I know!  start is not good as we expected. No one was spared. The 17 runs come in no time and Nikhil Kanungo had no one to go to as even his top bowlers were going the distance. Shobhit sethi manage to surprise the Manish Balwani with one that spun back in to trap him. But nothing changed. I came out and played a blinder himself.

"Was a difficult wicket and we needed something around 60 to 65. We got 51, but we thought that I was not that we want but we need to defend them. We have started well took some quick wickets. If we had taken those crucial chance (Chetan's drop), we could have put more pressure on them. We knew they would come hard at us, and one side of the ground had short boundaries, but they are a good quality chasing side too. They had given it their everything." says a sweating VIshwas Upadhyaya
