1. All games on the Riley small pitch. If Riley small pitch is not available, then Red Carpet Pitch in Forest Lawn area will be used.
2. League Games - 10 overs; Semi Finals - 10 overs; Finals - 12 overs
3. 30 yard inner circle, 55 boundary, marking using the cones and paint
4. 2 overs power play for 10 overs games and 3 overs power play for the finals; 2 players outside the inner circle during the powerplay
5. Max 2 overs per bowler for 10 overs games; Max 3 overs for any 2 bowlers for the finals
6. Runner allowed if injury occurs in the same game
7. Main outside umpire and leg umpire from non playing teams
8. Bowlers guard no warning direct no ball
9. Fielders speaking on bowlers run up, no warning direct no ball
10. 1 chuck ball (Beamer) warning, on second chuck ball, bowler disqualified for bowling from that match
11. Free hit for all types of no balls
12. Byes and leg byes are allowed but LBW is not
13. Games will begin as per schedules. Both teams are expected to be on the field at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Toss will take place 10 minutes before the start of the scheduled time.
14. For the tree covered area in Riley small pitch, 6 runs will be counted as 4 and 4 runs will be counted as 2. This will be for all batsman (right and left handed). Also, Steel net area will be rounded to have an even boundary. All boundary markings will be done with the cones.
15. League Matches:  In case we are unable to complete a particular match due to bad weather or light, both captains will take a joint decision: A) if they are ok to distribute the points, or  B) wait to continue the match once weather conditions improve or next available day. If both captains do not agree to distribute the point, then by default point B) above will be applied and match will continue on next available time.
16. There will be No DLS method applied in the tournament.
17. Semi Finals and Finals: Matches will be completed on available times and matches will not be called off.
18. For the entire tournament, if the games are paused, match will start from the same position I.e. match will not restart from the beginning.
19. Also, to determine the Net Run Rate, CRICLUBS App ranking will be used.11. A player who has played in one team is not allowed to play in another team
21.  Each innings would start with a new ball.
a. In case a ball is being lost or broken before two over’s of an innings, then new ball would be issued.
b. If lost after two overs of an innings, old ball [used] would be issued
22.  During the non power play overs minimum of 4 fielders should be present within the 30 yard circle, failure to do so during a delivery of a ball would be called as a No-ball by the umpire.
23. Minimum of 10 players are required from a team to start the match. Failure to do so would yield a walkover to the opposition team after 10 minutes of waiting time. Remaining players must arrive within 3 overs. In case of a failure, only the fielded 10 would be allowed to bat.
24.  On-field umpire’s decision would be the final one
25.  It is captain’s responsibility to uphold spirit of the game and actions by his team.
26. Only Captain is allowed to discuss with the umpire.
27. Any prolonged argument by a team, would yield a walkover to the opposition team based
 on the decision by umpires.
28. If any team misbehaves or abuses the umpires inside the field or out side the field during the match, the team will be disqualified from the tournament
29. To ensure compliance with the tournament rules, umpires will ensure that discipline is maintained by both the playing teams while in the field. For any non compliance, umpires' verdict will be final.
30. For every win, a team would get 2 points and losing team won’t get any points.
31. In case of a tie in the league stages each team would get 1 point each.
32. In knockout matches if a tie happens Super over would be held.
Rules for super over
i. The team batting second in the match will bat first in the Super Over.
ii 3 Batsmen from each team can bat and 1 bowler from each team will bowl
iiI. Entire fielding unit is allowed to field
iv. In case super over is tied, another super over will continue until either team wins.
33. In league stages if two teams are tied with same points, NRR would be taken into account and the team which has a better NRR would move to the knockout stage. Cricclubs app NRR will be used to determine this.
34. For any ball that is ABOVE batsmen head while standing at the popping crease, it will be considered a wide ball. If batsmen plays this ball, it will be given a No Ball. In both cases (Wide or No Ball), it will also be given one allowed bouncer for the over.
