Rabi Shankar Sukul
- born in Guyana at Leonora, on the West Coast of Demerara in November 1952. He attended Central High School and the Government Technical Institute before he emigrated to the UK in 1972. He completed the BSc Mech. Eng studies at Kingston Polytechnic in 1978 and the  LL.B Law (Hons) at Holborn Law Tutors in 1987. He was admitted to the UK Bar in May 1988 and admitted to the Guyana Bar in December 1988. He practiced law in the UK as a Barrister from 1988 to 2013. He was appointed a Court of Appeal Judge in June 2013 where he sat until February 2014. He is a practicing Attorney-at-Law at Brickdam Chambers in Georgetown. He has been playing cricket at club level from his youth to present day. He is also an ardent supporter of CWIMA and Big Man Cricket (Guyana)
