A convincing victory for Ernakulam Under 16 by 10 wickets against Alappuzha Under 16 in the KCA Under 16 Boys Inter-District 2021-22 at St. Paul's College Ground, Kalamassery.

Winning the toss Alappuzha Under 16 elected to bat first, but the innings ended up in just 71 runs in 25.2 overs. The top-order batsmen of Alappuzha Under 16 were picked up by Renjith E R and the leading wicket-taker of the tournament Shivahari Sanjeev took the tail-enders, both of them took 3 wickets each.

In reply, Ernakulam cruised the chase in just 9 overs without losing any wicket. Leading from the front skipper Amay Manoj scored 46 not out from just 31 balls and Ernakulam Under 16 won the match by 10 wickets.
