Cricket

1. Each team is made up of 12 playing members : 01/F+11/M  
2. Each team will play total of 09 overs in league matches :     01/F+08/M , each bowler can bowl maximum of 2 Overs.
3. Each team will play total of 10 overs in Semi's matches :     01/F+09/M , Only one bowler is allowed to bowl maximum of 3 Overs, other, only 2 Overs.
4. Each team will play total of 10 overs in FINAL match :          01/F+09/M , Only one bowler is allowed to bowl maximum of 3 Overs, other, only 2 Overs.
5. First over must be bowled by Female player during each innings and over ends after 6 legitimate deliveries
6. 3 Continuous Wide/NB, concede 4 runs and are counted as one delivery. (Applicable only for first over)
7. Similarly first over during each innings must be batted by Female player, 
8. Applicable for first over (Batting team)
   1. 2 runs will be deducted from batting teams score on each wickets during the first over.
9. Applicable if no Female player show up
   1. 3 runs will be deducted from the team which doesn’t comply to this rule and other side will get 3 runs by default. If both teams doesn’t comply then each innings will start with -3 runs and one less over.
10. Stump to Stump distance for first over would be 16 Yards.
11. No field restrictions applicable in APL
12. Extra Runs;
    1. YES for: No Ball (Overstep, Height - shoulder & waist), Wide balls, Over throws
    2. NO for : Byes, Leg Byes, LBW
    3. Free Hit only for Over stepping No Ball 
13. Throw Ball rule
    1. 1st throw ball: On Batsman/Leg umpires appeal - Main umpire will give 1st warning.
    2. 2nd throw ball: Umpire will call it "NO BALL” and give last warning.
    3. 3rd throw ball: Umpire will call it "NO BALL” and bowler will be removed from further bowling. others from his team can finish if over is unfinished.
14. Umpires call on the ground will be final
15. In case of conflicts - Captains/Owners of the playing teams will discuss with umpire and Umpire will take the final decisions. 
16. Semi finals qualifiers;
    1. Top 2 teams form each group (Group A & Group B) will qualify to play the semi finals
    2. If team points are same at group level the decision is based on NRR (Net Run Rate), The exceptions to this are:
       1. If a team is bowled out, the calculations don't use the number of overs actually bowled, but the full quota of overs to which the team was entitled
17. Ties in Semis or Finals will be resolved by Super Over. 
18. Ties in League stage will result in points being distributed between the team. 
19. Players (List of 15) can’t be moved between Teams (even of the same house) during the course of the event. 
20. Referee to validated playing 11 at the beginning of each game. 
21. Net Run rate will be used to determine Pool toppers in case of equal number of wins

Gully Cricket :

• Team will be made up of 8 playing members
• Each innings will be for 6 overs (League, Semis and Finals)
• No bowler can bowl more than 2 overs
• Rule 6, 10 from Cricket section is applicable for Gully Cricket- Female but not for Seniors.
• Throw ball rule (Rule 13 in cricket section) will be applicable for Seniors only.
• Women are allowed to throw.
