1. How to open a ticket with NACL Committee?


A. Go to https://cricclubs.com/nacltennisballcricket. Click on League -> Open a ticket and fill in required details. We will respond back asap.




2. How to use D/L calculator?


A. Once a match is started, 'PARSCORE CHART' is always visible from the mobile app. This can be used to calculate parscore in case of rain/light affected matches.


3. How can I post a comment on the website?


A. Login to the website. Then click on League -> Leave a Comment

Once you post a comment, it will be available on the Comments sections on the webpage

Remember, this is not a chat feature. Hence, if you are expecting a reply, you have to leave sufficient details to contact you back.
 



4. How to update the scorecard?​

A. You can update the scorecard only for completed matches. To update the scorecard
  1. Go to https://cricclubs.com/nacltennisballcricket/listMatches.do?clubId=27594. For the required match click on 'Admin Actions' (This will be visible only to players with 'team admin' access). From dropdown select 'Full Scorecard'
  2. Update the scorecard accordingly and click on 'Validate'
  3. Once validated, click 'Submit Scorecard'
  4. If you face any issues in updating the scorecard, you can open a ticket with the committee. Check FAQ #5 to open a ticker for scorecard update.


5. How to open a ticket to update scorecard?

A. Follow these steps only to raise a ticket for scorecard update.  
  1. Go to https://cricclubs.com/nacltennisballcricket/listMatches.do?clubId=27594. For the required match click on 'Scorecard'
  2. Scroll down and click on 'Open Ticket' and fill in details and submit


6. How to submit umpiring duties?

A. Follow below steps to submit your umpiring duties
  1. Login to the website - Umpiring form is only accessible for registered users and only thru website.
  2. Go to League -> Umpiring-Duty-Form
  3. Click on Start -> Select the series
  4. Select your team - team which is assigned umpiring duties. This will show a table for each match that your team has been assigned umpiring for. If your hasn't got assigned any umpiring duties for upcoming weeks, you will see 'Your team doesn't have any upcoming umpiring duties'
  5. Select your players for umpiring for umpire1 and/or umpire2 and input their contact numbers.
  6. Click on Submit. Upon successful submission, your will be alerted and that match table will fadeout.
Note:
1. This will not update the fixture right away. The committee takes care of assigning submitted players as umpires to the fixtures accordingly. Hence, when the page is refreshed or if you click start again, you will end up seeing all your matches again. If you want to update an already submitted data for a match, resubmit again. Else ignore
2. Open a ticket if you see any errors or issues.

7. How to add player to team's roster?

A. To add player to your team roster
  1. You need to have 'team admin' access. We give Captain and VC 'team admin' access by default. For admin access to other players, open a ticket.
  2. Can be done only on the website. App doesn't support this feature
  3. If the player you are tyring to add is part of a different team that is in current season, then that player needs to be taken out of other team's roster first. Open a ticket to get the player removed from other team's roster before proceeding further.
Follow below steps to add player to your team's roster
  1. Login to website
  2. Click on 'Update Team'. If you don't see 'Update Team' button, that means you don't have 'team admin' access.
  3. Select the player from the 'Pvaialble Players'. If you don't see the player, the player isn't registered yet or he is part of other team's roster.
  4. Click on >> to move to 'Selected Players'
  5. Click on 'Update'
