Muscat, Oman: Glam Homes manage to pull an tie against OCT Ruwi in the A division League 2023-24 powered by Khimji Ramdas LLC at the Oman Cricket Academy Turf 2 on Saturday.
 
OCT Ruwi started off with a salient half-century by Majid Al Balushi along with Nawed Al Balushi and Zubair Al Balushi stitching a partnership in the middle overs for them. Mohammed Al Balushi’s quickfire 40 grazed the OCT Ruwi innings taking them to a total of 236. Masud Parvez, Rana Zeeshan and Usman Ali picked two wickets each. Although his dismissal in the last over could only get the match to tie in a mouth-watering contest between the two sides. Shoaib Al Balushi and Zubair Al Balushi picked three wickets each.

In another match on Friday, Bank Muscat dominated TECS in the A Division League 2023-24 powered by Khimji Ramdas LLC at the Oman Cricket Academy Turf 2.
 
TECS got off to a salient start with Saud Haroon Khan scoring 49 but other batsmen failing to tick resulting in their total getting to a mere 158. Bank Muscat’s Ajay Hirlekar picked 4 wickets while Ali Hussnain scalped 3 wickets to restrict TECS from posting a par-total. In response, Bank Muscat’s Usman Ali Shah stole the show scoring a brilliant run-a-ball century ensuring the victory in the 33rd over. Abdul Malik picked two wickets for TECS.
 
Brief Scores: TECS 158/10 in 45.1 overs (Saud Haroon Khan 49(78); Ajay Hirlekar 4/33) lost to Bank Muscat 160/3 in 32.4 overs (Usman Ali Shah 103(101); Abdul Malik 2/14) by 7 wickets.
